How long until I receive my order?

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your approximate delivery timeframe. Depending on the time of year and current stock on hand, we expect your order to be received approximately 3 months (or less) after your order has been processed. You will be updated on your order progress.

Where do you ship from? 

Orders placed on skilplane.com are shipped from our China-based warehouse.  

 

How long does it take an order to be processed? 

Our processing time can vary depending on the time of year and current stock on hand. You will be notified of the expected date of delivery and any potential delays with your order within 3 business days of placing your order.

 

Which carrier do you use? 

Orders will be shipped directly from China to your location. Carriers out of China will include: TBC

National carriers will vary depending on your location.

How will my order be packaged? 

Orders are shipped in cardboard boxes. All training vehicles will come assembled in three core segments which can be put together by the user on arrival.

Returns Policy

​

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

​

*Certain items labeled on the website are not returnable. If you return one of these items, you will not receive a refund. Check the product listing before sending in a return to see if the item is not returnable.

Initiate a return

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • We will issue a refund, less original outbound shipping and 25-35% restocking charge

  • We will provide you with the return address when you initiate a return

  • Take the item to the Post Office, FedEx, UPS or contact a freight company to ship the item back to us

  • Include a copy of your original purchase invoice, or a note with the order number

  • Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging

SKILPLANE, SKILJET, SKILCOPTER AND KIDPLANE

Money Back Guarantee

We are certain you will love your new SKILPLANE, however, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your SKILPLANE within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus all actual original shipping costs, handling and other additional charges.

The customer is responsible for returning their SKILPLANE at their own expense. All training vehicles will be inspected upon return. A 25-35% restocking charge will be applied based upon the condition of the vehicle. Additional charges for excessive use, damage, missing parts, alterations, improper setup or maintenance may be deducted from any refund. We do not accept any return training vehicle that has sustained damages and no refund will be offered.

Parts and Upgrade Kits

You may return most parts and Upgrade Kits for a prompt refund. Items returned within 30 days of delivery will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or store credit redeemable on future purchases. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within 23 days after the initiation of a return. Items must be returned in new or unused condition in original pacakaing and contain original materials included with the shipment.

Items sent to the wrong address will not receive a refund. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. No return shipment will be accepted unless the freight has been prepaid by the customer. After inspecting the returned items, a reimbursement, minus the original shipping costs will be started.

Return Fees

If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery or return a non-defective, undamaged or incorrectly assembled product, you will be charged for all original and return shipping costs. Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Items may also incur a 25-35% restocking fee. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $10 to $700, depending on the size and weight of the item. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return may be refused and/or shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse.

Return Fees

The customer acknowledges and understands that Skilplane Limited has incurred expenses in processing the customers order. If you cancel your order for any reason and your order has not been processed (within 3 business days), then you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your order after processing (after 3 business days), then you may incur a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after processing will receive a refund, minus the 10% cancellation fee and any actual costs of shipping that have already been prepaid by Skilplane Limited.
